Affiliate Program
Reward customers and partners for referring new buyers to your Telegram store. Affiliates share a personal code, earn on the orders they drive, and get paid out through your store.
The Affiliate Program is about referrals and payouts. It is different from Affiliate Levels, which are point-based loyalty tiers, and from promoting your bot generally.
How affiliates are created
An affiliate is a customer or partner who has been given a unique referral code. Affiliates are managed from the affiliates area of your dashboard.
- Open the affiliates section in your dashboard.
- Add an affiliate, or approve a customer who has requested to join.
- A unique referral code is generated for that affiliate.
- Set the commission and any conditions that apply to their referrals.
Linking a customer to an affiliate
New customers attach themselves to an affiliate inside the Telegram bot using the /link command followed by the affiliate code:
- Replace
YOURCODEwith the affiliate's referral code. - Once linked, the customer's future qualifying orders are attributed to that affiliate.
- A customer can be linked to one affiliate. The link persists across their sessions in the bot.
How referrals are tracked
After a customer is linked, their orders are credited to the affiliate automatically. Tracking is tied to the referral code rather than a temporary link, so attribution stays reliable inside Telegram.
- Each affiliate has a view of linked customers, attributed orders, and earned commission.
- Commission is calculated on qualifying orders once payment is confirmed.
- Cancelled or refunded orders are excluded from affiliate earnings.
How affiliates are paid
Affiliate earnings accrue against confirmed, non-refunded orders. Merchants review accrued commission and pay it out according to their program terms.
- Review each affiliate's accrued and paid balance in the affiliates area.
- Confirm which orders qualify before marking commission as paid.
- Keep payout terms clear to affiliates so expectations match your schedule.
