Store Assistant & AI Credits
An assistant that runs your store — not just one that answers questions.
The Store Assistant can do the work for you. Ask it to create a product, add stock to a warehouse, schedule an announcement to your customers, or walk you through the setup steps you have not finished yet. It performs the action in your store and tells you what it did.
It reaches your store the same way you do, so anything it does is something you could have done yourself in the dashboard.
Three ways to reach it
In the dashboard
The assistant sits in the bottom-right of every page. Click it and ask for what you want.
On Telegram
Link a Telegram account and @Trapyfybot runs the same store actions from your phone.
From your own AI tool
Point any MCP client — Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex — at your store and it gets the same tools.
All three share one credit balance and one set of capabilities.
Things you can ask for
- “Create an announcement for my customers to go out tomorrow at 14:00 CET”
- “Add the product 3.5 oz Amnesia and put 20 units in the Germany warehouse”
- “Help me finish my onboarding steps”
- “What were my best selling products last month?”
AI credits
Credits are a single shared pool for your whole organisation. The in-app assistant, Telegram and any connected MCP client all spend from the same balance.
Your balance is shown at the top of the assistant window and in Settings → AI Assistant.
Buying credits
- Go to Settings → AI Assistant and choose a credit pack.
- Send the exact USDT amount to the deposit address shown. A QR code is included.
- Credits land in the pool automatically once the payment confirms — the dialog watches for it.
Only the organisation owner can buy credits. Everyone in the organisation spends from the same balance.
Manage your store from Telegram
- Open @Trapyfybot in Telegram.
- In Settings → AI Assistant, choose Generate code.
- Send the code to the bot as
/link CODE.
Codes expire after 15 minutes and work once. Use Unlink all to disconnect every linked Telegram account.
Connect your own AI tool
Point any MCP client at your store and it gets the same tools as the in-app assistant. Ready-made configuration for Claude Code, Codex and Claude Desktop is in Settings → AI Assistant, with your organisation already filled in — copy it straight out.
You supply an API key from the API Key Configuration tab. Only an organisation owner's key is accepted.
Treat the key like a password. Anyone holding it can act on this store, and every action spends credits from your balance at the same rate as the dashboard.
