Module Store

A module adds a set of rules and screens for one kind of business on top of your existing products, clients and orders. You turn it on once per organization; it then applies on every channel: bot, POS and kiosk.

In plain words

A module is an add-on that teaches your shop the rules of one industry — extra checks, extra limits, extra reports. You switch one on from the Module Store when you need it, and it layers on top of the shop you already have.

Enabling a module

Open Modules in the sidebar. The Module Store shows your active modules at the top and every available module below, filterable by category. Click a module card to open its detail dialog, which states in plain terms what the module does and what it does not verify. Once enabled, the dialog offers three actions:

Go to module

Jumps to the module's first page. The sidebar also gains a Modules group with the module's pages and a Settings link.

Settings

The module's configuration page. Set this up before you use the module; the defaults are deliberately empty.

Disable

Turns the module off for the organization. Its sidebar group disappears and its pages stop resolving.

Who can manage modules

Only an organization owner or administrator can enable, configure or disable a module. A user with a plain member role who opens the Module Store stays on the page and is told they do not have permission to manage modules for this organization, with the suggestion to switch organization or ask an administrator to grant it.

Disabling deletes nothing. Members, ledgers, settings and history are kept. Re-enable the module and everything is back as it was. While it is disabled, a direct link to one of its pages returns a not-found page rather than stale data.

Available today: Dispensary, for member-based distribution where eligibility, legal quantity and member credit are enforced on every channel.
