New — evolving; details may change

AI Store Manager

A Telegram-native assistant that runs everyday store operations for you — managing products, inventory, and orders through a conversation instead of the dashboard.

This feature is new and still changing. The mechanics below are accurate today, but behavior and limits may be updated. Current pricing is always shown in-app and on your plan.

What it is

The AI Store Manager is a store assistant you talk to inside Telegram. It performs real merchant actions on your behalf through an internal MCP tool registry — a defined set of tools for tasks such as creating and editing products, adjusting inventory, and looking up or updating orders. Each tool call is a metered action.

Every action the assistant takes is metered. Metering keeps usage predictable and ties cost to the work actually performed.

AI credits wallet

Actions are paid for with AI credits, held in a per-store wallet. This wallet is separate from customer GEMS loyalty points — the two never mix.

  • Each store has its own AI credit balance.
  • Credits are topped up with USDT via Niftipay.
  • New stores receive a small starter allowance to try the assistant.

How actions are metered

Actions are weighted by their impact. Heavier or riskier operations cost more than simple lookups.

  • Failed actions auto-refund. If an action does not complete, its credits are returned.
  • Retries never double-charge. Re-attempting the same action will not bill you twice.
  • Each store has a daily ceiling on spend to prevent runaway usage.

Bring your own key (BYOK)

Instead of the hosted model, you can bring your own OpenRouter API key. Your key is stored encrypted and is never displayed back to you after saving.

With BYOK, model usage is billed by OpenRouter directly. Trapyfy still meters actions for platform operations.

Pricing

Credit pricing and action rates are shown in-app and on your plan. Because this feature is still evolving, we do not publish fixed rates in the docs — always check the in-app pricing for the current figures.
