Your address book for the businesses you buy from.
In plain words
A client is someone who buys from you. A supplier is someone you buy from — the factory, the wholesaler, the farm.
You save them once here. After that, every restock order you raise just points at the name.
Where to find it
In the dashboard menu, open Inventory → Suppliers.

Raise a purchase order
Add one
- Click Add supplier.
- Code — a short reference like
SUP-001. Leave it blank and one is made for you. - Name — the business name.
- Email — where the orders go.
- Phone — optional.
- Save.
Finding and editing
- Search by code, name, email or phone. The list filters instantly.
- The three-dot menu on a row edits or removes a supplier.
Deleting a supplier cannot be undone. If you simply stopped buying from them, keep the record — your old purchase orders still refer to it.
