Announcements
Send updates, promotions, and notifications directly to your customers through your Telegram bot.
When you publish an announcement, it is delivered to all connected bot users in the countries you select.
Use announcements for coupon and sale promotions, new product launches, service updates, or any message you want your audience to receive instantly in Telegram.
Viewing your announcements
Open Announcements from your Trapyfy dashboard. The list shows each announcement's details:
Title
The announcement headline.
Content
A preview of the message — click the magnifier to view the full content.
Delivery Date
When the announcement was or will be sent.
Sent
Shows Yes once delivered, or No if it is still scheduled or a draft.
Countries
The target countries for the announcement — e.g. GB +4.
Creating an announcement
Click + New Announcement and complete the form:
Title(required)
The announcement headline.
Content(required)
Your message, written in the rich-text editor — bold, italic, headings, lists, links, and quotes are supported.
Images(optional)
Upload up to 10 images (PNG or JPG), or add them from your Gallery.
Countries(required)
Select one or more countries. The announcement is delivered only to bot users in those countries.
Schedule Delivery?
Leave off to send immediately, or turn on and set a Delivery Date & Time to schedule it.
Create Announcement
Click to publish or schedule the announcement.
Scheduled announcements send automatically at the chosen time, and the Sent status updates to Yes once delivered.
