Clients

Everyone who has shopped with you, in one list, with their orders attached.

In plain words

A client is a customer. Most of them appear here on their own: they open your Telegram bot, they order, and the record is created for you.

You can also add one by hand — useful for a phone order or a walk-in sale.

Where to find it

In the dashboard menu, open Clients → Manage.

Add a client by hand

  1. Click Add client.
  2. Fill in their contact details and account information.
  3. Save. From now on their orders collect under that profile.

Click any client to open their profile, or use the row menu for quick actions. The list can be searched, sorted and paged.

Store-wide customer settings

The settings button at the top of the page holds the controls that apply to every customer:

Secret phrase

A short phrase a customer sets on their own account. Turn it on — or require it — and the customer must give it before sensitive actions. It is the cheap way to stop someone who stole a Telegram account from spending on it.

Account sync

Lets a customer's account be linked with your store. Switch it off and customers stay separate per store.

Age confirmation

If what you sell has an age limit, a client's profile records whether they confirmed their age — including when they confirmed it through Telegram, in the bot or with the AI assistant. You can set or clear that confirmation yourself from the profile.

Banning a customer

From a client's profile you can ban them, with a reason (abuse or harassment, policy violation, and your own notes — order ids, links to evidence). A banned customer cannot order. You can unban them again, and the ban history stays on the profile so your team can see what happened and why.

Always write the reason. A ban with no note is the one your colleague reverses next week by accident.

Good to know

  • Customer support conversations live under Clients → Customer support — see Customer Tickets.
  • Customer data is personal data. Only give dashboard access to people who need it.
  • The store assistant can look clients up and create them for you by chat.
