Organization name and merchant/support contact information confirmed in Organizations
Telegram bot connected
Bot token added in Organizations → Manage Platform Keys and verified as active
Bot responds to /start
Confirmed the bot welcome message appears when typing /start in Telegram
Products and inventory
Products published
At least one product with title, description, images, and status set to Published
Country pricing configured
Pricing added for the countries the merchant sells into — products without country pricing may not appear at checkout
Warehouse stock assigned
Stock assigned to the correct warehouse with the correct country assignment
Shipping configuration
Delivery regions defined
Countries and zones where you ship
Shipping rates configured
Pricing set for each delivery method
Delivery timing set
Estimated delivery windows configured
Payments
At least one payment method enabled
Cash on Delivery is sufficient if manual/offline payment is supported. Niftipay required for crypto or card payments.
Payout wallet configured (if using Niftipay)
Required only when card or crypto payments are enabled via Niftipay. Not required for Cash on Delivery.
Pre-launch testing
Test order placed
Complete checkout flow tested end-to-end
Payment confirmed
Test payment processed and visible in dashboard
Order lifecycle verified
Order status transitions work correctly
Before going live
Do not launch until you have completed at least one successful test order with payment confirmation. This validates your entire merchant workflow.
