Gallery
All images and videos uploaded by your organization, wherever in Trapyfy they were uploaded.
In plain words
The gallery is the one cupboard that holds every picture and video you have uploaded, grouped by what you uploaded it for. Go here when you want to find an image again, or clear out the ones you never used.
Open Gallery in the sidebar. Each file shows its name, the folder it belongs to and its size. The list loads in pages; click Load more to see older files.
Folders
The All folders dropdown narrows the list to one feature's uploads. The folder is set by where the file was uploaded, not chosen by hand.
Upload
Add files directly to the Gallery. Files you upload here can then be picked from the Gallery inside features such as Announcements.
Select all, Clear, Delete
Select all marks every file on the page and turns the toolbar into Clear and Delete with a count. Delete removes the selected files; Clear drops the selection.

Before a bulk delete, narrow the list to one folder first so the count on the Delete button is only what you mean to remove. Product images are managed on the product itself; see Product Management.
