Shipping Companies
The delivery firms that actually carry your parcels, and where each of them goes.
In plain words
A shipping company (or carrier) is who delivers: DHL, DPD, UPS, Correos, your cousin with a van.
A shipping method is what the customer picks at checkout: "Standard delivery, 4.90, 2–4 days". First you register the company here, then you build the methods that use it.
Where to find it
In the dashboard menu, open Shipping → View shipping companies.
Carriers
Countries they cover
Add a carrier
- Click Add shipping company.
- Give it a name — the name your customers would recognise.
- Tick the countries it serves. This is what lets you assign it to a shipping method later, so be honest about where it really delivers.
- Save.
Carriers with a direct Trapyfy connection can also print labels and track parcels from the order page. See Shipping Setup for that side of it.
Managing the list
- Each row shows one carrier and the countries it covers.
- Search by name; change the rows shown and page through the rest.
- The row menu edits or deletes a carrier. Which options you see depends on your permissions.
