Tier Pricing
Buy more, pay less. The discount happens by itself — the customer types nothing.
In plain words
One chocolate bar costs 2. Three cost 5. A box of ten costs 15. That is tier pricing: a staircase of prices, where each step is a quantity.
Trapyfy checks the basket and applies the right step automatically. No coupon code to remember, nothing for the customer to do.
Where to find it
In the dashboard menu, open Marketing → Tier pricing.

Build a rule
- Click Add rule.
- Add your quantity steps: from 3 units, from 10 units, from 50 units.
- For each step, set either the discount or the price that applies from that quantity up.
- Choose the countries and the customers it applies to. Leaving customers open means everybody; naming customers makes it a wholesale price for those accounts only.
- Save, then use the Active switch on the row to turn it on.
Check your margin at the deepest step before you switch a rule on. A staircase that goes below your cost sells beautifully and loses money on every order.
Example staircase
| Quantity | Price each | Customer pays |
|---|---|---|
| 1–2 | 2.00 | Normal price |
| 3–9 | 1.70 | 15% less per bar |
| 10+ | 1.50 | Box price |
Managing rules
- Search and page through your rules; each row shows its countries and customers.
- The Active switch pauses a rule without deleting it — use that, not delete, for a seasonal offer.
- The row menu edits a rule's steps and targeting, or deletes it permanently.
- Import an
.xlsxfile to load many rules at once; export every rule to a spreadsheet.
Tier prices and coupons can stack. Test a big basket with your best coupon before you announce both at once.
